When I was in high school, my favorite classes were art. I was truly lucky to be enrolled in advanced drawing and painting classes where I was free to be creative. Later in life when I attended college I would get to reacquaint myself with my passion for art and painting. I try to keep that sense of exploration and play alive in my work.

I use mainly acrylics and india ink. My latest projects are the study of the figure and anonymity. Each idea manifests in its own individual style.

I enjoy taking figure drawing classes to  keep my drawing skills sharpened. Many of the drawings become paintings after an editing and honing process.
